Tournament Hotel Booking Sites & Reservation Information

All teams making overnight travel accommodations are required to book hotel reservations at one of our Partner Hotels.

Stay to Play Policy

All teams located over 50 driving miles from the venue must comply with the Stay-To-Play policy.
Team managers are responsible for communicating the policy to athlete families.
The tournament reserves the right not to schedule teams that fail to meet the minimum number of room nights.
Teams seeking an exemption must email a request to our Tournament Director at Tournaments@frozenropes.com. The Tournament Director reviews the request and advises the decision.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

The policies are specific to each Partner Hotel and are available on their website and throughout the booking process.
All cancellations must be completed with the Partner Hotel directly.

Confirmation of Reservations

Hotel reservation confirmations must be submitted to our Tournament Director for confirmation before the scheduled tournament.

All teams staying at our Partner Hotels will have access to our Fieldhouse Conference room for team meetings during the tournament and also receive a $25 Gift Card to our Cafe! (6 or more room reservations)
