As a former Major League Pitcher with the Chicago White Sox, Mike has been involved with Frozen Ropes, first as a student and now as a National Instructor, for over fourteen years.
The former Monroe-Woodbury Little League All-star and Cornwall HS grad played his college ball at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY before being selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 1991 Major League Draft. Mike reached the Big leagues in 1995 and pitched for the White Sox for two years before spending time with the Seattle Mariners and the New York Yankees.
Mike’s instructional wisdom in all aspects of the game has made him a crowd favorite throughout the Hudson Valley and New Jersey. Mike is also a Frozen Ropes National Instructor and travels throughout the U.S presenting the Frozen Ropes teaching model.

With a proven track record of excellence, Steve's past experiences uniquely qualify him for his role at Frozen Ropes. Having honed his expertise through years of dedicated coaching at his own training facility in Idaho, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the field. Steve's success as a coach stems from his ability to tailor training programs to individual needs, helping athletes of all levels unleash their full potential. With a passion for the game and a deep commitment to player development, Steve Imbriani's presence at Frozen Ropes promises to inspire and elevate the skills of every athlete he guides.
Meet our esteemed instructor Bobby, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Frozen Ropes USA in Chester, NY. Having played baseball and football for four years at Division 2 Springfield College in Ma, he possesses a deep understanding of both sports. With a degree in physical education/health fitness, his knowledge extends beyond the playing field. With a passion for coaching, he spent two years coaching baseball at Bennet Middle School in Manchester, CT, and an impressive five years at OCCR Orange County Cal Ripken in Walden, NY. As a senior instructor and coach for the 11u and 12u Frozen Ropes Rockies, he imparts invaluable skills and knowledge to young athletes. Additionally, he serves as a baseball instructor for our summer camp, both onsite and off-site, ensuring that his expertise reaches aspiring players beyond our facilities.
Armed with a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from Fitchburg State University, Zachary's expertise in the field is unmatched. As a certified personal trainer (NASM), he has spent the past two years working tirelessly in the Strength and Conditioning department at Fitchburg State, training athletes across various sports. Zachary's love for baseball is deeply ingrained, having played the sport since his early years. His impressive achievements as a pitcher, including being named a Mountain Valley All-Conference pitcher for SUNY Adirondack, and later as a member of Fitchburg State's baseball team, where he was inducted into the National Student Athlete Honor Society and received All-Conference 2nd team honors for 1st and 3rd base, speak to his exceptional skills and leadership. With an unwavering passion for helping others achieve their goals, Zachary thrives in assisting individuals both on and off the field, making him an invaluable asset to the Frozen Ropes team.
Domingo Christian brings a wealth of baseball knowledge and experience to the Frozen Ropes USA team in Chester, NY, as an esteemed Instructor. With a lifelong passion for the sport, Domingo's journey began on the diamond, where he honed his skills. Guided by his unwavering work ethic, he has since transitioned into coaching, making a significant impact on young athletes' lives. Having led two championship 10u teams in California as Head Coach, Domingo's expertise and dedication shine through in his instruction. With his infectious enthusiasm and belief in the power of hard work, Domingo inspires players of all ages to reach their full potential on the field.
As a former Frozen Ropes player and Division 1 pitcher for the Binghamton Bearcats, Kyle was a stand out player Monroe-Woodbury High School. Kyle will assist in our new pitching performance academy and coach and instruct all of the young Rockies players.
Micaela currently instructs our Rock Fit classes classes while training and coaching the travel softball teams at Frozen Ropes. She recently became a Certified Personal Trainer. Micaela plays Division I softball for the Maryland Terrapins in the Big Ten Conference. In 2019, she was named to the first team All-Big Ten Defense in Centerfield. Micaela has international softball experience, playing for the Italian National team in the European Championships in the Summer of 2019. Prior to playing in the Big Ten and internationally, Micaela starred at Warwick Valley High School, where she played five years of varsity softball, as a center fielder and took home numerous accolades. Micaela played her whole career with Frozen Ropes Force as a young athlete.
Anthony graduated from Division 1 Saint Peters University this spring and is headed to the MLB Draft League this summer. Anthony was a Region 15 Golden Glove winner in 2018 (OF). Anthony played high school baseball at Warwick Valley High School, where he was a standout scholar and athlete. He currently instructs our B4 Strength Classes, Turn-and-Burn, hitting and pitching classes.
We are excited to announce the hiring of Courtney Semkewyc as our National Director of Sports Science. Courtney will be a major resource to our staff, players and coaches in player development with major emphasis on Biomechanics, video analysis, and Coaching Quality Control.
Semkewyc, a graduate of Rutgers University with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She has worked as a Performance Science Biomechanics Assistant with the New York Yankees and most recently with the Rockland Boulders professional baseball team. Semkewyc will oversee the video analysis of our baseball and softball players and provide individual recommendations to our trainers to improve hitting and pitching performance.
Semkewyc will also be offering her biomechanical expertise and motion capture to area high school, travel teams, and colleges.
