Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part-time Softball Instructors for players of all ages. We are looking for individuals that want to work at a professional training facility and contribute to the expansion of Frozen Ropes in the Metrowest Boston area. New instructors will be paid during an initial training period to learn our nationally recognized teaching curriculum.

Job Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of softball
• Willingness to teach within a system
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a love for the game
• Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days
• Experience as an instructor or coach is preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Instruction for players of all ages in group classes and camp, private lessons and parties held at our facility and at offsite locations
• Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
• Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
• Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
• Use of video analysis system
• Setting up rental equipment
• Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup
• Use of personal daily planer
