Our co-ed Academy classes will develop the next generation of baseball and softball players.
Throwing, Fielding and Hitting are the main themes.
Player Max: 12 per session
Ages 3-4
Born to Play introduces your son or daughter to baseball and softball in a learning environment!
Areas of focus include: Agility & Body Control, Throwing, Catching, Hitting & Fielding skills
Ages 7+
This 60 minute co-ed session will cover all aspects of hitting, including strength training, to improve power.
Player Max: 12 per session
Ages 7+
Covers all aspects of pitching, including arm care and specific strength work.
Player Max: 6 per session
Ages 10+
Class emphasis on arm action and delivery consistency to maximize control and age-appropriate speed levels.
Player Max: 8 per session
Ages 10+
This class targets specific areas of movement patterns in hitters’ swings. We challenge the hitter’s brain and its ability to execute these movements against more difficult tasks. We change the speed, spin, angles and cues to challenge the athlete’s ability to hold onto these new patterns.
Ages 10+
A must for the next generation of pitchers! The lab features an arm mapping process that helps us get the athlete to create more efficient movement solutions and focus on creating more efficient deceleration patterns, increasing rotational rate of force development, and creating arm actions that capture energy.
