Tunnel Rentals

Frozen Ropes offers our state of the art indoor practice facility to baseball and softball players, teams, and small groups. Our facility is equipped with several types of pitching machines, mounds, pitching mats, batting tees, baseballs, softballs and instructional aids.

We recommend you book online or call us at 508-653-7673 in advance to reserve your space. You are also welcome to walk-in and use any available tunnels and equipment.

All tunnels are equipped with L-Screens, Tees, and Bucket of Balls. Pitching machines and pitching mounds are limited to specific tunnels.

Please Note: The Iron Mike Pitching Machine is automatic. All other machines including Jugs Baseball Pitching Machine, Hack Attack Softball Pitching Machine, and ATEC Baseball Pitching Machine, must be hand-operated manually requiring a second person.

Equipment and Tunnel configuration may change based on maintenance and time of year.

Iron Mike Automatic Pitching Machine (Tunnels 3, 4 and 5):

Automated machine with remote control
Does not require anyone to feed balls manually
Arm-style pitching machine
Dimpled balls – White with red seams
Up to 150 pitches per 15 minutes
Speeds from 45 mph to 75 mph adjusted by our staff

Hack Attack Softball Pitching Machine (Tunnel 5):

Requires 2nd person to feed balls
Throws dimpled rubber softballs only
Throws fastballs, riseballs, dropballs, screwballs and slow pitch high arc
Speeds from 30 mph to 60+ mph adjusted by customer
Recommended for ages 7+

Jugs Baseball Pitching Machine (Tunnel 4):

Requires 2nd person to feed balls
Dimpled rubber baseballs
Speeds from 25 mph to 70 mph adjusted by customer
Recommended for ages 7 to 13

ATEC Casey Pro Baseball Pitching Machine (Tunnel 6):

Requires 2nd person to feed balls
Throws real leather baseballs or dimpled balls!
Recommended for ages 13+ on the big diamond
Throws fastballs, curve balls, sliders and change ups
Quick Change Tilt System allows you to change the throwing hand and axis-of-rotation of pitched balls
Speeds from 45 mph to 80+ mph adjusted by customers
