Frozen Ropes is fully staffed with full-time and part-time instructors whose main focus is making each individual athlete reach his/her potential. Every instructor has undergone hours of intense training before stepping foot into a cage at Frozen Ropes.

This unique training philosophy allows any instructor to work with any student and the message will stay consistent. Although each individual athlete is unique and is taught as such, each instructor will approach that student’s lessons in the same manner. 

A complete video analysis is suggested for each “first-time” Frozen Ropes student in order to give you a picture of where you are and set goals for where you want to go. The Frozen Ropes staff will do a thorough analysis to see where they need to start and can help draw a road map for the future training sessions. This is done at no additional charge. We believe that the ability for you and your player to see what we see is key to increasing their ability as quickly as possible. 

Private Instruction is Flexible to Your Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

• Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

• Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Sunday by apppointment

Bring your team to the Frozen Ropes facility and let us run a indoor practice with the latest drills in all aspects of the game.  If you want us to come to your outdoor practice we can send a instructor to you and go through more of the in-game fundamentals.

• Pricing for the indoor practice is $15 per player.    (minimum of 8 players)
• Pricing for the outdoor practice is $20 per child.    (minimum of 8 players)
