Beginning Pitching Course (Softball)

May 5-26 (Sundays only)

Pitchers will work each week on a different part of their beginning pitching mechanics with Professional Softball Player Lisa Birocci Banse in a 4 week Pitching course. Be prepared with your own catcher or parent and be prepared to learn!

Intermediate Pitch Specific Bootcamp

May 5-26 (Sundays only)

Intended for pitchers a little further along in their mechanics and understanding of the pitching motion. Building off of those solid mechanics, Professional Softball Player Lisa Birocci Banse will take the athletes through one additional pitch each week of the 4 week series. It is a great chance to learn something new about any existing pitches the athletes may have, or start to learn a new pitch!


Athlete Yoga

Meant for ALL SPORTS and experience levels. Lead by Lisa Birocci Banse (RYT-200) and intended to bring to the forefront the mobility aspect that we all need for our sports. She has taught rock climbers, gymnasts, amateur and professional baseball and softball athletes, and field hockey athletes of all ages. Come prepared to understand more fully the role or your core in your movement and your mobility!

Softball and Baseball Lessons

Prepare yourself with private or semi-private softball and baseball lessons from some of the best instructors in Pennsylvania! These lessons are geared toward each individual athlete or group, and will help you reach toward those goals you have set for yourself.

Multi-Sport Performance Program

Our Sports Performance program will give each athlete an individualized program that will help them further understand how sport and movement is year round, and life-long even though the ball may not be in their hand. Each athlete will be evaluated with the Functional Movement Screen, in addition to a performance evaluation so as to better track their progress in mobility as well as speed and strength. Available in group settings, the athletes will be taught optimal movement patterns that will help them in their sport.
