Baseball and Softball Summer Camps
Baseball or Softball, Ages 9 to 17
Players are separated by age and skill level then put through a number of fundamental drill stations covering every skill and position on the field. Camp will include individual work, team training and games focusing on:

• Hitting fundamentals
• Pitching mechanics
• Catching and throwing skills
• Infield and outfield play
• Base running

• Instructional games
• Contests
• Game situations
• Strength and conditioning

High School ShowCamp
Baseball & Softball, Ages 14 to 17
Our ShowCamps are designed to provide players with intense instruction (focus on hitting and pitching), and to help players learn about the college selection process. College coaches and major league scouts, along with the Frozen Ropes staff, are on-field, providing instruction and giving insight on how to prepare for college baseball and the life of a collegiate student-athlete.
Previous College Programs in attendance: Harvard, Boston College, Sacred Heart, Central Connecticut, University of Virginia, Penn State and Northeastern.

Located at The Rock Sports Park in the beautiful Hudson Valley, NY just one hour north of Manhattan, The Rock is upstate New York's premiere sports complex.
The Rock Sports Park is a year-round sports training park in Chester, NY situated within the base of an old rock quarry with the slopes of the quarry providing for natural seating.
With a newly constructed 15,000+ square foot state of the art fieldhouse in central Orange County, The Rock also offers artificial turf fields that can be configured to accommodate 3 baseball and softball fields. The Rock also offers an outdoor fitness trail (The Ledge)! www.therocksportspark.com
