The Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Cape Cod, MA is home to the country's premiere baseball and softball camps. Feel the bay breezes as you challenge yourself and improve all parts of your game with innovative Diamond Strength Training, visual mechanics programs and mental skills training.
Players will receive the best instruction in the industry as our Frozen Ropes Certified Instructors come to camp from Frozen Ropes Training Centers across the world. This camp is an all around skills camp that will cover every position on the baseball field.

Summer Camp FAQ
Answers to commonly asked questions about camp!
Players will be separated by age and skill level then put through a number of fundamental drill stations covering every skill and position on the baseball field. Camp will include individual work, team training and games focusing on:
- Hitting fundamentals
- Pitching mechanics
- Catching and throwing skills
- Infield and outfield play
- Base running
- Instructional scrimmage games
- Contests

High School Developmental Showcase
(Baseball, Ages 14 to 16)
Our Developmental Showcase Camp is for high school players looking to improve their playing skills and learn about the college selection process. College coaches and major league scouts along with the Frozen Ropes staff, will be on the field providing instruction and giving insight on how to prepare for college baseball and the life of a collegiate student-athlete.
After a complete evaluation, our staff will fine tune each player's offensive and defensive skills. Hitting and pitching are the major focus of this popular camp.
Previous College Programs in attendance: Harvard, Boston College, Sacred Heart, Central Connecticut, University of Virginia, Penn State and Northeastern.
Your Camp Hosts
Frozen Ropes has been featured in Sports Illustrated, USA Today, ESPN, NY Times, Collegiate Baseball and other national publications. With locations across the country, Frozen Ropes has become the most recognized name in Baseball and Softball instruction. Amateur and professional players flock to the nearest Frozen Ropes laboratory in the off-season and our Cape Cod camps are no exception. Previous guest in attendance include Major League Pitcher Bobby Ojeda, Diamondback Scout Matt Merullo, Olympic Gold Medalist Lisa Fernandez and more.

Players will receive:
- A full parent/player orientation
- First-rate accommodations at the Mass. Maritime Academy including amenities such as the cafeteria, game room, field house, and Olympic swimming pool
- Dorm life with full-time staff supervision and 2 players per room
- 3 meals per day
- Internationally Certified Frozen Ropes Instructors
- Optional workouts for additional training
- Certified Medical trainers at all workouts
- Attendance at a Cape Cod baseball League game
- Trips to Cape Cod attractions such as the water park, beach and canal cruise
