What are the best type of stretching exercises for baseball players' arms?

Dynamic stretching (stretching while moving) has been an effective alternative to the “pull the cold shoulder blades” mindset in years past.

Take your glove and hold it in your throwing arm and make small, big, clock-wise, counter clock-wise circles in front, over your head and to the side.

You can also us the glove in the throwing arm and duplicate the same internal and external elbow flexion exercises used with the tubes/bands.

Remember, healthy arms warm-up to throw instead of throwing to warm-up.
