Monday-Thursday: 1 to 9pm
Friday: 1 to 8pm
Saturday: 9 to 4pm
Instruction Hours (Lessons, Classes & Rentals)
Monday-Thursday: 3 to 9pm
Friday: 4-8pm
Saturday: 9am to 4pm
Sunday: Private Events only
Please note that our Training Center is available for lessons, private events, team rentals, etc. during "off-hours." Please contact the Frozen Ropes Staff for more information. We are a by-appointment training center and hours may change depending on appointments. Please call to confirm our hours.
