Jim Pomeroy - Co-owner, Director of Business Development
Jim grew up on the Cape, playing high school ball for legendary Coach Red Wilson.  He continued his playing career at UMaine-Orono and later in the professional ranks.  Jim's extensive background in business development and finance uniquely qualify him to oversee business operations and development at our Training Center.  He also doubles as a lead instructor in our programs for players ages 8 and up.

Jim Coleman - Co-owner, Director of Player Operations
This former college standout at Post University is no stranger to the tunnels.  As the Director of our College Bound Program, he has played an integral part in helping dozens of high school players realize their dream of playing baseball at the collegiate level.  Jim is currently on sabbatical through 2009.

Dylan Civale - Instructor
Dylan has been an integral part of our instructional staff for over five years.  This former player and Assistant Coach at Roger Williams University often functions as Lead Instructor in programs for players of all ages.

Joe Commesso - Devo Team Coach
As an AAU Devo Team Coach Joe responsibilities include tryout evaluations, practice organization, and on-field game management.  Joe's players will use the Devo Team as a stepping stone into our College Bound Program for high school players.

Tim Cyr -  Instructor
This veteran instructor has been with us for close to five years.  This former collegiate pitcher at Southern Illinois University has helped us train hundreds of players from age 5 through high school.

Alan Darson - Instructor
Alan's passion for baseball shines every time he takes the field or the floor.  His experience helping players of all levels in the Cape Cod area prove valuable to the players we train here in Pembroke. 

Bob Denise - Instructor
Bob has been a familiar face in South Shore baseball for many years.  This North Quincy HS Assistant Coach is a veteran of many camps and clinics conducted throughout the US.

Lou DePatto - Instructor
Lou's enthusiasm for baseball is evident whenever he steps in the tunnels.  This veteran high school coach last coached at Sacred Heart HS in Kingston.  Lou enjoys working with players of all ages and abilities.  He has been with Frozen Ropes since 2006.

Mike Duran - Instructor
Mike is currently the Varsity Softball Coach at Duxbury HS.  This former collegiate pitcher is equally at home on the baseball diamond.  He was a favorite among our 5 - 7 year-old players who took part in our Fall Instructional Program. 

Troy Ferguson - Instructor
Troy joined our staff after finishing his collegiate career at the University of Tampa where he played an integral role on the National Championship teams of 2006 and 2007.  He has established a great rapport with our high school players and is loved by our youngest players as well.

Danny Haas - Instructor
Danny works full-time in professional scouting.  A former collegiate standout at the University of Louisville Danny also played professionally before establishing his scouting career.

Keenan Hagenburg - Devo Team Coach
Keenan's primary responsibilities as a Devo Team coach are tryout evaluations, player development, and on-field duties during workouts and games.

Ron Holmgren - Instructor, Devo Team Coach
Ron's reputation as a coach speaks for itself.  He managed the Middleboro Little League that went to the LL World Series in 1994.  Since then he has enjoyed continued success at the AAU level.  Ron played college ball at Clarkson College in New York.

Jennifer Leonard - Instructor
Jennifer had an outstanding high school career at Plymouth South where she was MVP, batting champ, and an OCL All-Star.  She played collegiately at Mt. Ida College where she led the team in hitting as a freshman.  She was part of Plymouth South's coaching staff that claimed the ACL title in 2008.

Harry McManus - Instructor
Harry played collegiately at Quincy College.  He brings a wealth of baseball knowledge from years of coaching youth players all over the South Shore.

Paul Smith - Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Paul brings a wealth of marketing experience having held several senior level sales and marketing positions in both start-up and multi-national software companies.  He's an avid baseball fan and has coached youth baseball in his home town of Marshfield for the last six years.

Leanne Tarkanian - Instructor
This former record-setting standout at Curry College brings a wealth of experience to our Fastpitch Staff.  As a pitcher she averaged over 10 wins a year and was Curry's MVP in 1999 and 2000.  This All-Conference selection in '97, '99, and '00 was equally talented at the plate with a career batting average over .300.

Paul Webber - Instructor
Paul is an experienced instructor who particularly enjoys training Little League age players.  He was an integral part of our 2008 Fall Instructional Program.

Chris Wright - Instructor, Devo Team Coach
Chris is a familiar face in South Shore baseball circles.  As a former Little League President and AAU Coach Chris has established a great reputation in the area.  He also works as an Associate Scout for the Atlanta Braves.
