Born To Play (age 3-5)

It's never too early for fitness and fun!

     

Born to Play is a very popular class to teach the next generation of baseball and softball players the rules and core skills of the game.

This is an activity based class built around the game of baseball and softball.  The 3-5 year olds will learn the proper techniques for throwing, hitting and fielding in a non-competitive session with additional emphasis on group rules and teammate interaction! All players will learn the dynamics of the baseball diamond and the primary rules of playing organized baseball and softball in the years to come.

Rookies (ages 5-7)

This is one of our most popular classes offered. 

The 5, 6 and 7 year olds will focus on introducing and developing the fundamentals in baseball, as well as the body control & coordination needed to fine tuning the sport specific aspects of these skills.

Minors (ages 7-9)

Players in the Minors class will focus on the Frozen Ropes "Big 3" ... Throwing, Fielding and Hitting.   Classes consist of hands on group instruction with continuous station changes to promote speed of play and a better learning environment. 

• A series of "mini camps" that meet once per week for 4-6 weeks
• Low player to instructor ratio to enhance the learning proces                                                    
• Professionally trained instructors
• Diamond Strength and Conditioning Component with every class

   

Majors (Ages 10-12)

Majors class focuses on the big three, hitting, fielding and throwing.  Majors will focus on game situational knowledge, speed of play, baserunning and sliding, as well as, vision (beginning stages), and mental tool training (intermediate stages). A great transition class from our Minor League Class.

Girls Night Out (Ages 7-12)

Our most popular Fastpitch Softball Class.  The perfect class for the beginner and intermediate softball player.  Fundamentals & Fun!!
