Michelle is a native Houstonian who has a passion and experience for the game of softball. Michelle grew up in the Spring Branch area playing softball at SBMSA from the age of 5. Softball became a sport her sophomore year in High school at Spring Woods becoming a 3 year 1st team all-district player at 2nd base. She helped carry her team to 3 district titles and post season runs just 1 game shy of the state tournament. She continued her softball career at Alvin Community College becoming All Region Player in 1998.
She started her softball coaching career in 2004 with the Houston Power. Since starting coaching she has taken numerous teams to ASA, AFA and PGF nationals, competing against some of the top teams in the country. Since then she has seen many of her players go off to play collegiate ball at many levels.
Coaching was a part time job but in 2011 she decided to make softball her full time job and dedicate herself to training kids. Michelle has been a member of NFCA for 4 years and still continues to educate herself about the game to further educate kids on how to make it the next level. "My love for the game grows every year and it makes me so proud to see my kids reach goals, big or small, they never thought they could achieve."
