Josh Murray, a native of Bay City, Texas, and graduate of Bay City High School, lettered three years in baseball as a third baseman for the Blackcats. Following high school graduation, Josh had a tough decision to make -- pursue his baseball dreams or attempt to become a world-class star in the sport of rodeo. He decided to attend Hill College on a rodeo scholarship and he was on his way -- making a name for himself on the professional rodeo circuit. A few years later, Josh realized that his true passion came in the form of teaching and coaching young athletes. Since moving back to Texas in 2010, Josh has served as both a head coach and assistant coach on several area teams. At Frozen Ropes Katy, Josh will provide one-on-one instruction for all ages and also will serve as a facilitator in our classes and camps. Josh looks forward to sharing his love of baseball with aspiring young players. Josh and his wife, Julie are the proud parents of three children - Dylan, Laura and Owen.
