Before instructors and coaches at Frozen Ropes can become certified, they are taught the same curriculum that they will, in turn, pass on to their students/players. This insures that the instruction is consistent both locally and nationally. No more will you have to worry about a player hearing different information from different instructors or coaches. Our Frozen Ropes ICE TALK is clear, concise, and consistent. Whether the student/player is in San Diego, California, or in Hooksett, NH, the terminology is the same because the curriculum is the same.
At Frozen Ropes our goal is to relay our wealth of first hand experience to players of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginning player or a professional, we teach and incorporate the five fundamentals that every great player must apply: Mechanics, Tactics, Strength, Mental Performance and Nutrition.

We are more than just lessons, however. We have indoor batting cages, tee ball and baseball leagues, pre-school baseball classes, sports camps, speed and strength classes, birthday parties, pitching tunnel rentals, college bound programs and much more!
