Tryouts for our 18 Gold Team are scheduled on an individual basis and in July at an open tryout.
|
|
Players with a strong desire to play competitive College softball are encouraged to try-out. Players must be in High school and playing Varsity level softball or have unusual circumstances.
Some of the features of our Gold program include:
- Turfed Field house for winter training and full outdoor field (dirt and turf) access at our own Park.
- Full-time Strength and Conditioning and Speed Coach
- Monthly Brain Day Workshops to improve players mental skills
- Video analysis equipment to review individual skills
- Top level coaches who have played or coached at the college level
- Our Schedule is top-rated invitation only tournaments
- Full-Fundraising programs to eliminate all costs
Please call Frozen Ropes at 845-469-9507 to schedule a tryout or a complimentary evaluation. In most cases, players can elect to stay with their local travel team while participating in our Gold showcase tournament schedule.

Frozen Ropes 18U Gold wins the Delaware Invitational Softball Showcase Tournament.
With 48 teams competing, the Frozen Ropes 18u Gold Softball team went 7-1 and captured 1st place in last weekend's college showcase event in Wilmington, DE.
The team is comprised from HS players across the tri-state area. The team is coached by former University of Wisconsin softball star Ana Austin Miller (not pictured).
