The Frozen Ropes Trainer's (Brendan, Adam, Bill & Q) have been working with my two boys, Vinny (8yrs old) and Nick (7yrs Old), for the past 3yrs. I have seen amazing results in that time. I've seen them grow on the playing field, from Tee Ball to the Minors, as a result of the training received from the Albany Frozen Ropes Training Team. Their Coaches are passionate about their roles, and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm they bring to every session... They make each workout challenging, creative, and most importantly, fun! I've seen the Coaches motivate Vinny and Nick pushing them past their perceived limits to get results. I have also seen their skills (batting, catching, and running) improve immensely, and I look forward to many more years of Frozen Ropes and my kids growing up on the baseball field.

Carter has been attending Frozen Ropes Albany since he was 3 years old. We have seen Carter progress by learning the basic fundamentals, to now working on honing the finer points of the game. This has resulted in Carter being a perenial all star at Little League while having fun playing the game.

My 15-year-old son has had the great benefit of working with Brendan, Quenten, Brian and the other coaches at Frozen Ropes since he was about 8 years old. Not only have they tailored a program to develop and greatly improve his physical pitching, hitting and fielding skills but, perhaps more importantly, they have been instrumental in instilling in him an enthusiasm for the game by making it fun and emphasizing the many strategies unique to baseball. They are tremendously supportive and take great pride in their kids' work and achievements, often going beyond our allotted time to "get things right." It has been a terrific experience and we look forward to continuing it through the next levels.

Both of our boys have been going to Frozen Ropes for years. They have worked with various instructors and have benefited greatly. They learned not only the fundamentals but have improved in many other areas. The instructors take the time to point out the areas that need improvement but also are very positive and encouraging. They also have attended various clinics and have learned great team building skills. We would highly recommend the facility!

My son started coming to Frozen Ropes when he was only three and a half years old in the Born to Play program. Four years later he is still going strong and can't wait to get there every week. I cant say enough about every staff member we have come in contact with along the way. They are all caring and such great teachers not only with baseball but have also made sure he was aware of the importance of school, exercise, and having fun. The teaching model is great, everything is age appropriate and taught in a very consistent way by everyone involved. The bottom line is we have four baseball facilities closer to us but are happy to drive almost 40 minutes each way to have the staff at Frozen Ropes be part of his life and baseball development.
