Bre Baker, a native of nearby Saratoga Springs, New York where she graduated Saratoga Springs High School in 2010 and went on to complete her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration at Oswego State University in 2014. Growing up, Bre played softball, lacrosse and field hockey throughout High School. She found her love of yoga in 2012. From her first time on the mat she realized how beneficial this practice would become for athletes of all ages.
With her passion for the practice as well as passion for working with children, she couldn't think of a better way to help bring children to greatness than by bringing yoga into their lives. Bre is a 50-hour certified Children's Yoga instructor with 20 of those training hours devoted to teaching children with Special Needs. Currently working towards her 95 Hour Certification, Bre has been teaching Children's Yoga since May 2016 and has taken it upon herself to bring Children's Yoga to schools, Community Centers and now Frozen Ropes!
Bre uses games, songs, breathing, and relaxation exercises in her classes that will benefit young athletes and increase their strength, flexibility, motor skills, hand eye coordination, and of course, teamwork, all while balancing their body and mind. She does this in an imaginative and fun class while recognizing each individual's strengths while also increasing their self-confidence.
Bre is available for private yoga classes for children as well as for teams and group classes!
