Chris began his career with Frozen Ropes as a student and is now he is the Frozen Ropes National Diamond Strength Director. After graduating from Mt. Vernon High School in 1997 he was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers and played eleven years of pro ball.
Chris is NASM certified in personal training and neuromuscular stretching. Throughout his seven years as a personal trainer he has worked with professional athletes and body builders. Chris develops and oversees the Frozen Ropes Diamond Strength Training Program, helping players to improve sprint speed, agility and range of motion, plyometrics and strength training, and visual mechanics for hitting and fielding.
